The people are friendly, Shifts are available for pick up. Good location. Okay pay.

Cons

Management is unstable. If you work in a service dept that only requires a HS diploma, you can pretty much guarantee that no one cares to help you in any way. I've been certified in phlebotomy for 2 years now and you would think that there would be a program to assist the current employees. The HR dept is so overwhelmed that you cannot guarantee any help from them. It's all pretty much a shot in the dark. Also, working every other weekend is one of the main reasons, I am trying to leave.
