I can see myself moving up in Wellstar. I know I have the ability to go above and beyond for this position! Im a hard worker, career driven, customer servive is one of my greatest strengths!

Cons

I feel im just at a standstill as a Nutrition Asst. I want to show Wellstar I have much more to offer if given the chance.

They still have a Pension plan. Employees are very friendly and seem to work together very well. Management is very approachable.

Cons

Salaries are very low. They need to more competitive. They do not have enough staff. They want to do more with less.

Culture is more important than results, metrics are not used to evaluate and are not shared, focus is on retention of clinical staff, everyone else is replaceable with low pay compared to industry.
