Received lots of training Some great peers to work with

Cons

Never got to use Training. Too many meetings and distractions. The leadership and HR reinforce Toxic leadership and do nothing to help employees despite having policies in place.

The Doctor's are excellent and very professional.

Cons

Manger didn't appreciate the good workers, actually showed favoritism to the workers that did little or nothing!

Convent location, great group of professional workers across all levels

Cons

High turnover of management consistently over past five years. Average manager/Senior leadership is 2 years, Management expectations unreasonable, salary compensation lower than competitor hospitals. Salary compensation is top heavy with exorbitant compensation packages to top level executives only.
