      -Some employees are wonderful to work with

      Cons

      -Punishment for having health issues and having to miss work. They penalize you even when you have documentation from a doctor. -Too many chiefs, not enough Indians. -Huge Favortism -Management does not listen to concerns -Low pay -Health benefits with Aetna are absolutely awful. Low pay with high cost insurance.

      My experience working at Wellstar Atlanta Medical South was horrible.

      Pros

      Absolutely nothing! I didn’t experience any pro’s while working there. It was a mess every time I HAD to work.

      Health benefits Employees are ghetto Patients come in with scabies at least twice a week Bathrooms are filthy The entire hospital is dirty The patients are disrespectful

      Pros

      Flexible work hours if you're part of the click. Great concierge service. Not many pros. This company could be great place to work.

      Cons

      Hr has no integrity. Makes policies and constantly breaks them. Very retaliatory mentality. IT is a joke. High school bullying is the norm. Basically a bunch of rednecks running a large healthcare system.
