The company is pretty good about recognizing employees for a job well done. The company perks are awesome, you can always find things for a lot cheaper than regular price. They let you transfer your position after your first six months.

Cons

The benefits are not good because you can only use your insurance at a wellstar facility. They let you transfer in the first six months but they tell your pay increase can only be increased by a certain percentage.

Nice coworkers. Nice boss. Great pay.

Cons

No paid time off for 6 months except for the mandatory holidays. We were closed black Friday as well and if you were not there for 6 months you didn't get paid even though office closed.
