Would allow days off for nursing school schedule then later hold off paid days against you as "occurences".

Everyone I know that works at WellStar Cobb has worked they're no less than 8 years, enough said.

Cons

Management should listen to its employees more and not put them off there is more to managing then paperwork and meetings.
