      The Doctor's are excellent and very professional.

      Cons

      Manger didn't appreciate the good workers, actually showed favoritism to the workers that did little or nothing!

      Pros

      Pension plan is great. I love the ICU in which I work and all of the people I work with.

      Cons

      Terrible insurance! And, upper management does not care about their nurses or if they are happy. Safety is beginning to be a concern due to fact that they won't give raises to new grads who are now experienced nurses. They would rather lose their experienced nurses and hire all new grads to pay less.
