      Pros

      They have a very engaged executive staff who are not only focused on their patients and personnel, but on creating a very favorable experience for both. Their Facilities, Construction and Real Estate team is one of the best, and have a truly unique perspective on delivering a comfortable and pleasant environment in all of their locations. Overall they treat their people very well and provide an advantageous career environment.

      It can be a demanding job to maintain the standards set for excellence in the organization.

      Convent location, great group of professional workers across all levels

      Cons

      High turnover of management consistently over past five years. Average manager/Senior leadership is 2 years, Management expectations unreasonable, salary compensation lower than competitor hospitals. Salary compensation is top heavy with exorbitant compensation packages to top level executives only.

      Pros

      99% of the people who work at any Wellstar facility are awesome, hardworking people who just want to do a good job. In my years with Wellstar I loved what I did and loved the people I worked with. They have a heart for the patients and their families.

      Cons

      Upper management is so clueless about what it takes to man a doctors office or hospital that they keep every facility understaffed and work the good workers to death!! The patients and community eventually pay for this because the good workers either leave or become burned out.
