      Cannot recommend Kennestone. Other facilities seem to have a better reputation.

      Pros

      Continues to expand. Hire mostly new graduates. Creates a monopoly. Good place to begin career if you don't step on the wrong toes.

      Cons

      Decrease in benefits, negative cultures in some areas. Management does not always take accountability and some lack integrity placing their mistakes or ineptness on employees. Clicks and alliances can make it terrible for newcomers. Creates monopoly limiting choices for better employment or care.

      Pros

      Stable company, benefits. If you get in a good clinic, you'll be much happier. The manager will make or break a clinic.

      Cons

      Workload, pay, advancement is almost non existent for MA's. Be prepared to do two jobs at once. Almost every office is short staffed.
