      WellStar - Sketchy at best. Terrible place to work.

      Pros

      Mid-level management staff and below were great to work with and seemed to have a geniune concern for the company.

      Cons

      As a manager in IT, I experienced unacceptable treatment/expectations from high level leaders. Expensive health insurance. Poor planning from high level leadership.

      Pros

      Decent benefits. Decent salaries. Alot of perks to lure you in.

      Cons

      Training as a Clinical Care Partner was horrible. Asked to perform duties that a Nurse should have been doing. Contacted HR VP and was promised resolutions, which were never followed through. Horrible training and alot of office politics.
