      Great people. Strong leadership. Opportunities to learn and grow.

      Cons

      Red tape. Slow to enact policies and procedures. IT is slow. The biggest problem is that we're in our silos and move slowly.

      Pros

      If you know how to fall in line, don't question anything, play c suite politics, don't really care about being progressive in business or patient care, you are welcomed here. As long as they continue to physically dominate the market, WellStar will be a stable company.

      Cons

      If you have drive and intelligence, you will not stay long. Intelligent and driven people find this organization stifling and are generally made targets at some point during their employment as they offer up new ideas, rejecting the status quo and challenging management in an effort to bring innovation. Your innovative ideas and varied opinions are not welcomed.
