Pros
As long as you aren't working in direct patient care, this job will never expect too much of you. There is some micromanagement but not as bad as I've experienced in the past.
Cons
It also will never reward you much. Benefits are decent, pay is intentionally median for that area. There is a disconnect between proposed corporate culture and the corporate culture in practice. Doctors are still treated like managers and are able to influence business decisions they have no place with.
