      Pros

      Most of the people are very nice, great to work with.

      Cons

      Low morale, management can be vindictive and petty;no room for advancement. The equipment(at least on my unit) is outdated. Very high turnover, nurses are leaving left and right. Pay is ok, but I hear this is one of the lowest paying hospitals in the area.

      Some co-workers are very good to work with

      Management very dishonest. Turnover frequent. Pay pathetic. Office politics rampant and disruptive. Culture and Values as described are fabulous but in reality what exists completely different.
