      Large Company with alot of resources if you are willing to seeing the out. Leadership willing to listen and invest in new technologies.

      Management lack understanding of job function. Staff not held accountable for actions. Spend more time pointing fingers looking for someone to blame rather than dealing with the problems and improving process Lack of management support
