Pros

Great people to work with, very multinational Fun work with good variety Good pay and some benefits Beautiful office

Cons

Extremely disorganized Non-existent training Unrealistic time limits Employees are discussed and even ridiculed in front of everyone without regards as to who may be listening This is one of the most disorganized places I have ever worked for. If you are scheduled for an hour-long project, be prepared to spend at least 3 hours. Applications don't work, files are not ready, you are told to come to the office just to find out that you could have completed the assignment remotely or that you have to go back home because something is broken. One of the worst aspects is the lack of training. There is no training, and COMPLETE unresponsiveness from managers and project leads when asked about how you are performing. If you try to hunt someone down to give you feedback regarding your performance (or anything else for that matter) you are brushed off (usually rather rudely) because everyone is always under time pressure. Mistakes are corrected without informing the tester, meaning you have no opportunity to learn from your them. Instructions for new employees are extremely unclear and lack even the most basic elements. Another issue is the discussion of employees by managers and project leads in front of everyone-we can hear you. Do this in private. I have witnessed several discussions about how awful this or that person is and how they are horrible testers etc. My favorite: "Yeah, he's a total idiot, I don't think he'll work out." This is very unprofessional and makes me wonder what is said behind my back. When people make mistakes, they are told so in front of everyone - again, very unprofessional and probably embarrassing to the person. Call them into your office or do it when there is no-one else around to hear. No-one will ever answer your emails, ever.

Pros

No dress code, work from home as you please. There are lots of great people

Cons

Low salaries if your not in management. You will work 24/7 and go no where. Everyone is stressed, and miserable. More attention needs to be given to the employees. They are the ones that make you money!!

Pros

- The opportunity to work on multi-million dollar accounts and big-name clients. - Hard-working employees always willing to lend a hand. - Some flexibility working remotely.

Cons

- There is no onboarding/training; this is sink or swim. - Upper management lacks foresight and is unable to plan ahead of time for expanding accounts. - There is no support because upper management doesn't really understand what their subordinates do. If they don't understand the job, how can they give advice? - Employees point out process issues, make suggestions for improvement, and management agrees, but it doesn't really go anywhere. If you want to make a change, you need to make it happen or no one else will. - Upper management does not value training and makes little effort to offer it, even when employees request it. - When there is an "established process", it is overly complicated, making it difficult to react quickly and efficiently to clients' requests. - The company lacks real technology, making work inefficient and three times as difficult as it needs to be. Ultimately, processes are not scalable. - Upper management's business acumen is lacking. They're always looking to do work on the cheap. And as the saying goes, "You get what you pay for." They don't understand the real costs of projects and end up underquoting or over-promising the client, both of which lead to poor project margins. - The job takes a real toll on your health. Employees are getting sick.
