It's a trap

Pros

They were nice enough to pay while we were laid off at the beginning of the pandemic, while they worked it out with the client to set us up to work from home.

Cons

Only two paid holidays per year, three weeks off between the Thanksgiving and Christmas breaks (without pay), no PTO, sick time capped at 3 days per year, and no raises in over three years.

Pros

The work is very flexible

Cons

They tell you that you are being paid (pretty well) per hour, but you only get paid per assignment. Each assignment takes at least 3-4 hours, and you basically work for free.

Pros

You get a pretty consistent (timewise) paycheck

Cons

1. No pay increases 2. No paid vacation 3. No bonuses 4. Workload constantly increases and changes- no pay differential 5. 24hrs sick time- a year!!! 6. A lot of office politics 7. Supposedly diverse but you have to 'search' for it 8. Slave to their clients - your managers will NOT have your back
