No PTO, extremely HIGH price for medical insurance, no communication with. management, no concern or appreciation for employees.

Great people A lot of learning/training opportunities Great place to get well trained and move on Fun clients with exciting projects Nice offices Travel opportunities Mostly-Flexible schedule

Cons

High stress Low pay (compensation wasn’t worth the stress, less than $20/hr once actual hours were applied instead of 40/week) 50 hour weeks is the expected norm and the company culture sees this as the “standard work week for adult professionals” - quoting a VP HUGE amounts of turnover (increases stress/hours for team)
