I need a sitcom/reality tv show about this

Pros

I have worked now at 3 different locations between high school and college, and can say that I have always had a consistent experience. The people on crew are usually friendly and the management usually has at least one or two gems. Free food at best and half price food at worst makes it so easy to justify coming back after so long; Im a poor college student after all. The drama! Im usually put on drive thru window since I have the best customer service of my crew and my drawer is always counted right, and I can say that the customers you meet and the coworkers you hang out with for hours at a time are all definitely CHARACTERS! I can usually just sit back and watch the drama unfold, and even just the small talk can be entertaining if you stay upbeat about it. After so long working at Wendy's, I've reached a point where I can pretty easily get into a flow state and my 5-7 hour shifts can fly by if my coworkers are doing their parts and no customers want to be difficult. Just don't check the clock.

Cons

I can say only about 2% of customers are ever difficult or annoying, but boy are they the loudest folks. Order customizations thrown in at the last second after we've already started the order, complaining about the pettiest things, asking for extras only after they get to the window, trying to add things on, you name it, Ive probably seen it. Usually there will be at LEAST two or three people on crew (and maybe one or two managers) that are just plain bad at their job. They don't stock their stations, they work slow, or they're just lazy. If you're lucky you won’t get stuck with them all on the same shift.

Pros

Easy. You have to "work" and stay moving but they don't not ask for a lot at the end of the day. Although im sure it didn't feel like that at the time as it was my first employment

Cons

Low pay. bottom of the barrell. adult coworkers who were scummy people drifting through intermingling with high schoolers. A few good people to be found My personal leadership went on to be a mentor / motivation for me. From what I've seen ,overall the managers do not know how to run a proper business. They can make the customers go in and out and that's about it.
