Pros
Good pay, flexible scheduling, and overall one of the easier fast food jobs I’ve had. Most customers were friendly and made the shifts go by smoothly.
Cons
Too much pressure is put on drive-thru times, which creates stress and pushes great employees to quit. The general manager’s children often violated rules and created issues but were never disciplined. On top of that, some staff frequently smoked marijuana in the bathroom and out back during shifts, which made the workplace feel unprofessional and uncomfortable for those trying to do their jobs.
