      Pros

      Good company to work for when in college or need some extra money for bills or rent. Can learn or expand skills in multitasking, time management, and communication. Some room for growth when working different stations. Employee discount is 50% off the original price when you work.

      Cons

      Managers need to try other people on different stations that know how to work them more often rather than put them on one station all the time. Allow employees to have a drink in the break room expecially if it's a hot day out. Don't tell them to get a quick sip and throw it out. Monthly reviews are performance and apparence based. No pay raises on good reviews and in general.

      It was a very good experience. I had to quite because i had other things to do but wendy's was good!

      Pros

      There is very little good about working here. Some of the people were fun to work with. One good manager

      Cons

      Only $3.50 off meals for staff. No break for a 4 hour shift Managers are terrible and no nothing about how to treat staff ( besides one) Staff is treated poorly and has availability disrespected Owner is a greedy pig who make threats to staff regularly Worked there over a year and no raise Staff is belittled No incentives to meet quotas that the managers shove down the staff's throat Terrible hours Can't even keep a water bottle in staff area, they make you drink tap water and offer no refills for staff when they buy a meal. Unreasonable expectations on staff Very negative enviroment
