(Please keep in mind these opinions are views are of THIS particular location, as this location was more run by family than it was by franchise) Very flexible shifts so that you're able to watch your kids or attend school. Hours are based on performance, the tasks are easy to learn, the menu items are also easy to learn and recognize. All in all, this position is more fitted for someone who is in a roommate situation and going to school.
Cons
At this particular wendys: No raises, no benefits, low chance for promotion, VERY low communication between management and crew, and low skill transferability. If this is a job that you absolutely need and must have, by all means go for it, and be greatful. Learn all you can and move up into shift manager or ride it out as you work towards your goals.
