Pros

Quality of life is good. Forty hour work weeks is normal, with two days in a row off. Wendy's has a fair but low paying bonus program.

Cons

Slow growth. The average time to become a district level manager is 15 years. Way too long when the turn-over at the GM level is 150%.

Pros

The only upside was that I got free margaritas every wednesday and free hot wings too. Besides that, nothing else.

Cons

I walked in and turned in my application. They told me to come back tomorrow. Was interviewed the next day and i got the job. I hated it, management was incompetent, the people I worked with sucked. Fast food is severely underpaid for the amount of work they do in an hour.
