      Pros

      This job looks good on a resume and that will help you find a better paying restaurant manager job. You also can eat for free.

      Cons

      Promotions above this level are non-existant. Labor cuts have forced the management team to work a crew position while managing the restaurant. Subsequently, this has hurt customer service, sales, and cleanliness of the stores.

      Pros

      There really aren't any reasons to work at Wendy's. Its good for a starting job, as people who are interviewed are 99% hired.

      Cons

      Many. Management doesn't care about employers, little/no training (just basically watched mandatory health and safety video's and then thrown into the workplace), employees can be worked very hard regardless of age and experience at Wendy's.
