Pros

Great insurance for management. Insurance from day one when hired for a management position. I'm not sure if it's the same for shift supervisors.

Cons

Way too many hours. You are scheduled fifty hours but do not get a paid lunch. Salary based on 50 hour work week which is impossible to achieve. Pay not equal to position.

Pros

Fast -paced environment. Free food and toys(i never took any toys). Managed to move up from $7.15(previous minimum wage) to $8.85 during my 2 and half years. Favoritism towards me. Flexible Schedule. Fun employees and managers. Slow points during the day are fun.

Cons

Favoritism (i was favorited, so i didn't mind). Poor work ethic of a lot of employees. Wendy's smells stays on you after your done with you shift. Fast-paced environment. Unnecessary gossip Sometimes overworked hours(almost 10-12 hours), because people call out or just don't show up. Rude Customers(reason why I avoided cash register and managed to only work on that position 3 times over my 2 and a half years stay.) Night Shift is BUSY...sometimes worked night shift and the cars in drive-thru come non-stop. Under-paid industry..should start at more than minimum wage, because fast food is not easy work.
