This was a very easy job. The hours are quite flexible as well.

Cons

Sometimes you have to look busy when there is absolutely nothing to be done. You get pretty greasy by the end of your shift.

Pros

Free food and great people. A great opportunity to move up within the company. I was promoted twice in twenty months. Work hours are usually manageable but can be extremely long in some locations. However, with one exception I've never been forced to work longer than a 50 hour work week. You can move throughout the country. A real family feel to the company .

Cons

Industry is looked down upon. Long hours. Lots of turnover in the ranks. Pay could be increased to be more competitive. Benefits could use some work as well.

Pros

You can get the time off when you need it. Also, there is a lot of flexibility with hours. There is room to increase pay and raises are often given every 6 months. Management is understanding about adhereing to that principal and will write reveiws to headquarters if you had performed well and not gotten a raise.

Cons

Not a "sexy" job. Often times have to deal with language barriers. Not much room for upward mobility. The abilities of the employees are wide ranging. You do exactly the same thing everyday, there is not much activity that is different. It can be boring inbetween customers.
