      Pros

      Good place to advance in a short period of time. Management is good on any resume. Fast paced and customer oriented.

      Cons

      Over the past few years priorities have changed too much. Hi pressure and low pay for the demanding work. Lack of training and positive feedback.

      Pros

      It's a good place to get a little experience and looks great on a resume.

      Cons

      On paper, working at corporate looks great, but after working there for a couple years I quickly realized the company is only worried about the company, not the employees. Numerous layoffs within the past couple of years that left talented, hardworking, long-term employees without jobs. Human resources is ineffective towards negative feedback from employees regarding those in a senior/management position and pretty much anything that is said "in confidence" to hr employees is spread among other employees who are friends. Overall, working for Wendy's Corporate is overrated.
