This company has a non-toxic work environment. Generally people are not going around cutting other people down to move up but are friendly and helpful. Each year the company has multiple activities to encourage the employees to get to know each other. If you are LDS, this is a good place to associate with like-minded people. If you are not LDS, it doesn't matter, they will accept you for who you are and are generally tolerant of your belief system. If you have some personal issues or goals with your life to work out, the fact that there are others who have been successful is a good start towards making those kinds of improvements. There is a clinic on site to keep costs down for visits and prescriptions.
