Good mix of office work and travel. Great people and company is growing. Once you get hired, it’s a secure job and company . The on-site health clinic is nice to have.

Cons

Too much emphasis on ESOP, salaries are generally lower

Pros

The people are pleasant, funny, and unique. Some of the engineers are, well, engineers, but what can you expect. Family values.

Cons

I'd say the pay is conservative, and the promises of company ownership value long-term are lofty, but it could pay off if you stay long enough, like 20 years.

Probably too stable job, even for people who shoudn't be working at the company. Slow motion way to grow internally.
