      Pros

      Has some fun perks, but they are getting rid of them one by one. Cushy job if you are in management or HR.

      Cons

      High nepotism, employment is heavily placed on who you know and who likes you, not on merit. This used to be a great company, when Steve passed it all has gone to hell. Pay is lower then average, with a lot of pressure to do more. They make you think they are all about the employees, then screw you over. Makes promises not kept. At will company which means they can fire you without reason. Benefits steadily decreasing.
