Pros

Company leadership is very people oriented. Group and Unit leaders are definitely interested in well-being and success of their teams.

Cons

Sometimes it's a little unclear of what expectations are throughout the company. Perhaps goals could be more clearly stated. That's not a big deal in the case of this company, though,.

Pros

The odds of you getting fired is almost zero. The company tries to celebrate success. The core values of the company are good when they are followed. Most of the company is more focused on the employees and the customers rather than making money for the sake of making money.

Cons

Sales staff is arrogantly ignorant. They know best, even when they know nothing at all. If you are looking to move up, plan on moving on. Your only other hope is that your supervisor leaves. They are actively trying to only pay median wages. If you are an A employee, expect C pay. The heath insurance is terrible. Groups implement (or don't implement) policy differently. If the group doesn't like something, they may simply ignore it. The group level managers' decisions are often overruled by the sales managers. The sales managers will also make decisions for things that affect the groups, but not even tell the group leaders. The groups then have to deal with the consequences of decisions that they had nothing to do with. The company values are ignored by many, including some in management.
