      Not a good company to work for

      Pros

      * Most of the employees are great to work with * Nice building * You can travel frequently

      Cons

      * Many of the "higher ups" don't really care about their employees * They have no training program so it's all trial-by-fire * Very tedious and stressful work for low pay * A walking-on-eggshells environment * Your confidence will fade: "An individual's failure is one's own fault, but their accomplishments are a shared success."

      Pros

      Easy/laid back environment. Really hard to be fired even if you under preform. Good place to coast or great out of college job.

      Cons

      Management is hamstrung by a their mantra of going the extra mile to save a buck. It is an ESOP and it shows. Benefits constantly are being cut "for your own good" to increase ESOP share price. On the bottom end of the scale for pay. Don't expect to get rich working here.
