Roots of the organization are great and the mission is compelling.

Cons

A lot of pontification about mission, vision and pillars but actual actions exhibited are the opposite when dealing with team member matters.

Overall positive environment a d currently. Everyone feels sense of belong to this place. Employer do care about me as a person. Standards are set for ny to be successful at all times and I do enjoy what I do because of the support system here.

Cons

I can't think of any, I do enjoy my coworkers company and they do enjoy mine as well. This is by far one of the best place I have ever worked
