Pros

They've done an excellent job of hiring the best. The team that they have built and the work life balance is unmatched in the at home services sector. Compassionate and knowledgeable leaders who hire the best and provide room for growth within your departments without micromanaging . High quality and high performing, while also being a thriving and laid back atmosphere. Management supports the team, so that the team can provide excellent care to our clients.

Cons

Despite years of experience, new employees start out at the bottom with accrued vacation time.
