Many long-term employees with a wealth of knowledge to learn from Benefits are great

Cons

The department is expanding too fast for them to keep up with new hires and training, so the workloads are not sustainable. Very little opportunity for career expansion outside of promotions in the current role due to large number of employees. Very little flexibility / work life balance opportunity

You will not find a better culture. The people here are second to none and the company is the backbone of this community.

Cons

The company needs to realize that even the most amazing culture does not make up for their refusal to pay a market competitive wage. They are struggling to both retain and attract talent because they are paying 30-40% under what the market is demanding. There’s also not always a clear path when it comes to career progression which is very frustrating.
