Very stressful and overly busy days

-benefit package is good -cafe has good food but it's easy to make bad decisions -fitness center is great -being able to "flex" your hours is also nice

Cons

-very stressful -company has very high expectations for you -you RARELY get a "slow" day -difficult to get all your work done in 40 hours and you don't get overtime to catch up. -if you get your work done, you're rewarded with getting to help out your teammates.
