Ever since the RIFs, the morale and basic decency for respect that co-workers have for each other has plummeted. The decline of business has turned an otherwise fine workplace into a Lord of the Flies situation. And if you know anything about organizational behavior and management, bad management causes the privilege to excel through manipulation, or at least omission of truth. I promise you that if you’re a hard worker that goes above and beyond, take your talents somewhere else as your work won’t be recognize here unless you’re a part of the “in-group.” And we all know what the in-group in this country looks like. You deserve to work somewhere that sees your value.

Leadership appears to be disconnected and uninspiring. Their inability to provide a clear vision or set achievable goals contributes to the company's identity crisis. It is challenging to have confidence in the direction of the company when it seems that even the leaders are unsure of where they are headed. Overall, my time at West Monroe is marred by inconsistency, layoffs, unfulfilled promises, and a sense of disarray within the organization. While I had hoped for a positive and rewarding experience, the reality is far from it. I would caution anyone considering employment with WM to carefully evaluate whether it aligns with their long-term career goals and values.
