Pros
- Absolutely rock solid set of people on the delivery and customer facing side of the business. - Opportunities are your responsibility to make. If you want a particular type of role or challenge tell your scheduler (Not your CA/Mgr as they tend to take the good ones for themselves first) - Transparency on basic business operations and financial exposure, though listening to the CFO these days at the all-hands does not give me warm fuzzies.
Cons
- I've been through rocky times here before, the difference is the 50% ownership and need for saving/paying out the multiple target in 2025. This is driving financial metrics that the company, with its current employee base, is ill equipped to deliver. - SalesForce has sold you a bill of goods that is complete BS. Just because you have numbers that back up your decisions and choices does not mean that its the right choice. Remember when you just had to go with your gut, instead of the $MM SFDC crap system telling you what to do? Thats what made WMP awesome to work for. Today we are just numbers, with targets on our backs.
