Very supportive culture with brilliant people who are all running at warp speed. Very high expectations for their employees and for the company.
Cons
Maybe not the right place for you if you are expecting to be shown how to do everything. You will be expected to be a self-starter and to be able to manage your time and assignments. Can be intimidating if you are an introvert, the culture can be a bit overwhelming. Pay for mid-grade levels is a lower than the market.
