      Great people first environment. Set up with career advisor on day 1 to assist with career development in challenging you to focus on your personal and professional development throughout your busy client engagements.

      Cons

      With lack of experienced hires and consistent growth, staffing on projects is a next person available mentality to a certain extent. Difficult to guide career along specific path with staffing based on availability not capability. Not a bad problem to have and definitely not a derailer.
