Executive leadership is out of touch. Like many firms, they over-hired going into 2022 and have cut probably 20% of the workforce in the last 2 years, which has significantly hurt employee morale and trust. It's obvious leaders are desperate for a way out of this slump but have no idea what to do and are prone to "rearranging the deck chairs" as the ship takes on water.
They've made bad bets and decisions in the last several years that they have tripled down on despite poor market performance. Despite being technology focused, partners are singularly-focused on selling only what they know and can't entertain or pivot to new ideas, despite floundering sales. They're very territorial.
The company promotes people to senior leadership positions not based on performance, vision, or leadership quality but by tenure and how "in" they are with "club" of executive leaders and founders. The org sells itself as a "building the next generation of leaders" but continuously promotes bad people leaders to high profile positions.
