Pros
The people you work with are mostly talented and dedicated individuals. Regular access to C level executives on projects.The company really do try to cut down on out of town engagements whenever possible to minimize road burnout for its consultants.
Cons
Smaller firm that are very dependent on a few large clients. Thus the health of the company is very dependent on a few top individuals. Not the same name recognization working for a brand name consulting firm. HR is pretty weak in WMP as in they have trouble hiring talented individuals that would actually work out for the firm, high turnovers in the upper echelons.
