      - Youthful and enthusiastic environment. - Camaraderie among employees is unbeleiveable! It's almost sometimes like a frat house (all the fun, cohesiveness, sense of belonging) - If you have the right managers and you're on the right team, you will excel.

      - Lumping of feedback process on projects into one big process.

      - Growing, young company with good client opportunities - Work with different technologies and does not focus on just one.

      Cons

      - "Old Boys Network," if you have not been there since the inception it is very difficult to break through - Says they focus on people, I personally did not see that
