- At all levels, it is easy to find talented and driven people who are enjoyable to work with. - It is nice to see leadership committed to a long-term strategy and openly communicating it with the entire organization. - Consultants have the ability to choose their own career paths and experience results-based promotion. - Clients are generally middle market, allowing for regular exposure to VPs and C-level execs.

The people are amazing. I made a lot of lifelong friends there and enjoyed the challenges that led me to grow professionally.

Cons

Work life balance is extremely lacking; strategies seem to change direction with the breeze sometimes - though perhaps that's a result of being nimble. In general I found that the company values were not always practiced.
