You get a paycheck, and an occasional, fake attaboy!

Cons

Horrible, ineffective, disconnected management. Count on being forced to work seven days a week, 52 weeks a year in production, warehouse and shipping. Penalty points, if you want a day off, or a minute late, and they stack up quick. No pay raises if you have points. Management takes zero responsibility for bad situations and 110% of the credit for positive things. Avoid this place. The 5-Star positive reviews are posted by managers. No hourly or lower management employee would ever give more than 2-3 stars. Ever.
