You work every Saturday. Mandatory overtime can bring you 80 hours a week Upper management does not care about the safety or well-being of the employees

Pay and benefit are good. Free lunches.

Cons

Horrible place to work. There is no job security. No home life balance. Management fails to communicate sufficiently with each other. Employees are often under very high stresses just to meet the near-impossible deadlines on projects. Everyone there is on anxiety in fear of losing their job. You cannot trust their management. They were rude and disrespectful. Worst decision I ever made was going to WestRock.
