Pros

pay, you can get away with just about anything

Cons

upper management make poor decisions, 50-60 hours a week, if your a good looking girl and work at Waffle House you can get the same position and better pay then someone with a 4 year degree.

Pros

Easy to get hired. Newer trucks. What little driving I did (about 10 hours) was easy driving on a reasonable schedule. It was all no-touch freight. Routes are pre-determined and provided including fuel stops.

Cons

I only lasted to the morning of my 8th day, This is a company with no respect for their drivers. It sounded good through telephone recruiting but, when I got there, the hotel they had reserved for us was beyond awful: rotting exterior facia and dirty rooms with a very strong smell of mold and human perspiration. The training was OK. When we hit the road, my trainer and I had wheels turning on just two of five days. I quit the morning we came back to the truck and it had been broken into. There's more but you get the idea. The refrain I kept hearing was "It's a second chance company. Work there till you get your experience and then go somewhere better." My advice is "Just go somewhere better."

Pros

Honestly I can't think of any

Cons

They will lie to you just to get you inside their trucks. If you have experience driving but not for them they will seat you in the truck but give you starting pay making 600-800 a week when there is companies that will pay you 1500/week fresh out of school.
