With no experience you going start off make a little over 200$ a week for 4 weeks with your trainer, then your trainer can be anybody, Mines can't drive for nothing in the world, he is a good person , but not a good trainer. He doesn't know his left from right . Plus he got a ticket in my first week of training. Then the dm is kinda off track . They sent us to New jersey. Just to tell us why are you in jersey the loads supposed to going to new jersey. They pay is not good for anybody. I'm on my way out. This is not the company for people who like to get paid and exactly know how to drive and want to put the miles in. Then for flatbed you start off making .27 cents a mile putting in average 2500 miles or more in otr.

they lie from day one and never stop , cant make any money, u will never get a sign on bonus , and the pay is 32cents a mile thats it unless u can prove u drove for 30yrs , there trucks r crap , trlr too if u can ever find a empty if u come in to the yard in fontana u r going to run 2 to 3 short little runs like ur local spend all day getting loaded or un loaded no money if ur smart u can find a better driving job than this any place
