Pros

Trucks are new, i've never had payroll problems(1 year total) and the miles are average to above average(2200-3400) those 3400 mile weeks are few and far between.

Cons

The pay is extremely low i've never met anyone over 34cpm here, most people get between 30cpm and 32cpm. I feel the office takes your hard work and favors for granted, the complainers get attention while hard workers get the suck because complainers whine to dispatch and dispatch doesn't want to hear it so they give the sucky load to a non complainer. attitudes are generally poor overall because everyone is overworked underpaid

pay, you can get away with just about anything

Cons

upper management make poor decisions, 50-60 hours a week, if your a good looking girl and work at Waffle House you can get the same position and better pay then someone with a 4 year degree.

Good people, decent starting pay. Opportunity for quick advancement if you can endure it. Decent benefits

Cons

Awful work life balance, had to work every 3rd saturday and were lucky to get off two holidays a year. You start with ZERO paid days off, and almost no paid holidays expect to live at your computer.
