Great leadership who really motivates and guides their staff towards success! The company has a positive culture and they work hard to keep their employees happy. Upper management is knowledgeable

Cons

Training for new hires could be more in depth, but upper management is patient with new staff.

Pros

Great Hours, Extremely comfortable open work environment, Ample opportunity for individual growth. Very Exciting Comp Plans that drive work ethic and make for an exciting competitive sales floor. Upper management has done an excellent job of hand selecting employees that have sky rocketed production in 2015 ensuring continued growth and making this a great career opportunity for me.

Cons

Zero Cons, I love coming to work everyday knowing management has my back, knows me by my first name and are always open to suggestions that may or may not better the company.
