Pros

Great comp plan; good people to work for... I had the opportunity to grow within the company and I did so. They look to their current employees for growth and promote from within which is something I love about this company. They are always motivating their employees by giving thanks, good bonuses and praise.

Cons

No cons I can think of. It's a pretty open environment, we all sit in an open floor plan, management is open to critiquing and discussions. We all work together to find a means to an end and are always looking to improve the program that we provide to dealers.

Pros

The people I worked for were great and they were wonderful as a team. I just wished we met at a totally different place.

Cons

I quit working here because of the most annoying thing the management liked to do - putting senseless and purposeless pressure to their people. It's what they always wanted to say even when things were perfectly doing okay.
